What You’ll Do:

• Take a hands-on approach to drive excellence in sourcing and procurement.
• Manage complete transaction cycles —from sourcing and price negotiations to ensuring quality and on-time delivery of electronic components.
• Serve as the company's regional expert, developing and expanding global procurement operations in Europe and America.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to shape the Makat platform's procurement features and workflows.
• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to develop effective purchasing strategies.

Who You Are:

• A get-things-done individual with a goal-oriented work ethic.
• Possess an autonomous spirit with a mindset for building and optimizing processes.
• 5+ years of procurement experience in an international context, working with both buyers and sellers. Independent distribution experience - big advantage.
• Excellent spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets) and a willingness to adapt to and leverage technological advancements in procurement.
• High degree of intercultural competence and negotiation experience with international partners.
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating seamlessly across different departments.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
