What You’ll Do:

1. Work closely and report directly to the company’s CEO.
2. Manage the external accounting firm and oversee:
   • Salaries
   • Bookkeeping
   • ESOP allocation
3. Draft and monitor the company’s financial business plans, budgeting, and business results:
   • FP&A
   • Budget VS. Actual
   • Cashflow
4. Handle accounts receivable and payable end-to-end.
5. Manage insurance facilities of all types with external providers.
6. Secure and manage the company’s Line of Credit.
7. Work closely with the company’s law firm to manage and execute legal and commercial agreements of all types.

Who You Are:

You are a proactive and highly analytical finance professional with a strong accounting background and 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. You combine sharp analytical thinking with exceptional attention to detail and strong business acumen.

You’re a hands-on problem solver who enjoys taking ownership and driving clarity across both strategic and operational domains.You bring experience across legal processes, startup environments, and global operations, with a solid understanding of marketplace or transactional business models. You collaborate seamlessly with teams, partners, and leadership — ensuring both financial precision and meaningful business impact.
